Arlene was also survived by grandchildren Thomas (Shannon) Zoltek of Fort Wayne, Fla., Richard (Krystal) Zoltek of Columbia City, Fla., Donna (Kevin) Krumma of Fort Wayne, Fla., Kelly Gorgone of Simi Valley, Calif. and Lisa Gorgone, serving in the U. S. Air Force; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Arlene was predeceased by parents Clifford R. and Annie S (Doane) Hagar; husband Thomas Carroll; son-in-law Thomas Zoltek; and a grandson Michael Zoltek.

Born in Newton, she enjoyed shopping and loved people.
