Ann was also survived by sister-in-law Philomena (Phil) Sbordone of Watertown and brother-in-law Gene DeBenedetto and wife Connie of Scottsdale, AZ; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Whe was predeceased by husband of 22 years Guy DeBenedetto; parents Prisco and Victoria (Biggieri) Sbordone; her first husband Pasquale (Pat) Patuto; sisters Rosalinde Russo and husband Gregory, Filomena Incorvati and husband Oreste, Mary Mazzola and husband Louis, Elizabeth Antonellis and husband Vincent, brothers Andrew Sbordone and Albert Sbordone and wife Anna, brother-in-law Louis DeRubeis and daughter-in-law Joanna Patuto.
Born in Newton, Ann lived in Newton for 90 of her 95 years, where she raised her children and enjoyed her close-knit family. She enjoyed playing cards, making puzzles, and was a member of a bowling league for many years. Although she worked at a variety of positions, she most enjoyed being a chef for Andy's Diner in Porter Square, Cambridge for over 20 years until her retirement.
