Local theatre, a playdate and an author shows off his new book, 'Poopendous!'
1. Dead Man's Cellphone. The Circuit Theatre will present a performance of Dead Man's Cellphone today at the Newton Cultural Center. Tickets are $10 and the show starts at 2 p.m.
2. Electronics drop-off. The Rumford Avenue Recycling Center offers special Friday and Saturday drop-offs for electronics once per month. The items can be dropped off today from 8 a.m. - noon. A list of accepted materials is available here.
