The Dennisport man faces a second offense of OUI drugs as well as resisting arrest.

A Dennisport man was arrested on drug and assault charges Friday afternoon after a head-on collision near 400 Centre St.

Clark actively resisted arrest, police reports said, and was kicking as well as headbutting both officers and EMTs that were evaluating him after the accident. One EMT was struck in the upper torso, police said.

When he was escorted to the police cruiser, Clark allegedly kicked the left rear door of the cruiser, reports said, giving the door a large dent.
