“We are very pleased to be partnering with FiVi Health Networks and Newton Wellesley Hospital to launch this exciting new initiative. As part of our ongoing commitment to wellness and preventive health for our employees and our community, I hope people will take advantage of this system,” Mayor Setti Warren said.

Dori Zaleznik MD, Commissioner of Health and Human Services, added, “With all of the stresses of everyday life today, it is hard to focus on prevention and work on decreasing risk factors for chronic diseases such as smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity. While nothing happens overnight, incremental steps to improve nutrition, control weight, stop smoking, and increase physical activity will benefit us all. We hope everyone will register for and make use of this free resource to launch our community on the path to a healthier future.”
