Paul I. Mann, Newton Resident, World War II Vet

Mann was a father of two and also had two grandchildren.

 

Paul I. Mann, of Newton, passed away on Dec. 25, 2012.

Mann was the beloved husband of Rhoda (Freed) Mann, according to his obituary, and the father of Susan and Andrew Mann. Mann was also a proud grandfather of Jonathan and Olivia Lane. 

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Mann served in World War II and had a passion for photograhpy, his obituary said. 

A memorial observance will be held at Mann's residence today (Dec. 30) from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mann's name can be made to Lasell Village Benevolent Fund, 120 Seminary Ave., Newton, MA 02466 or The National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., 1501 N.W. 9th Avenue/Bob Hope Rd., Miami, FL 33136.
