It always feels good when you help out a local organization. Now, that warm and fuzzy feeling will have an added bonus: a cupcake. 

During the month of December, Treat Cupcake Bar in Needham is running their "Treat Others Well" program to benefit the John M. Barry Boys & Girls Club of Newton. 

All month long, Treat will be offering a special snowman cupcake -- designed just for the Newton Boys & Girls club -- and donating 50 percent of the proceeds from that cupcake to the club.

The snowman cupcakes are vanilla or chocolate and all have buttercream frosting snowmen with milk chocolate arms. The special cupcakes sell for $5.
