Join us for a fun, free run through Newton Centre every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM from Boston Running Company! This is a casual, laidback, friendly group who welcomes all paces and fitness levels. General mileage is 3-5 miles; usually split into a couple groups of different paces and mileage so there is something for everyone!
Running is so much fun and the miles just tick by when we do it together. Show up or email bostonrunco@aol.com for more info and to be added to our reminder/weather cancellation list.
