During April vacation week, bring the family to the Jackson Homestead for Gardening 101: How to Build a Raised Bed, a vacation week family program. Learn the basics about how to start a raised bed garden, including choosing the location of your raised bed, how to prepare the soil, what plants to select, and tips on how to maximize productivity.
Cost: $45 per family (4 people max, 1 adult required), $40 for Historic Newton members. Includes museum admission and snack.
