DESCRIPTION:Me&rsquo\;ah\, a program of the Boston Adult Learning Initiat
 ive of Combined Jewish Philanthropies and Hebrew College\,is a two year 
 program designed with the needs of adult learners in mind. This program 
 offers adults from diverse backgrounds a foundation in Jewish culture an
 d civilization. Studying with others\, you will have a chance to read\, 
 access and discuss new ideas. Sharing a desire to understand Judaism&rsq
 uo\;s rich tradition and history\,students form a bond that frequently l
 asts beyond their Me&rsquo\;ah experience. Me&rsquo\;ah features outstan
 ding faculty from the Greater Boston academic arena. In addition to thei
 r depth and breadth of knowledge\, they are also experiencedadult educat
 ors\, skilled at presenting the Me&rsquo\;ah curriculum to a wide range 
 of learners.\nClasses begin in the fall of 2012.Tuition varies by site.
