Newton Bootcamp - Results Driven Fitness
The weather is getting warmer and the time to get outdoors is upon us! Join Ultimate Bootcamp's 4 week sessions starting May 14th to kick-start your workout! Ultimate Bootcamp is an exciting, full-body conditioning fitness program designed to challenge, tone and trim the body in just a few short weeks. Core strengthening drills, muscle toning exercises and calorie-burning cardio games are mixed together with motivation and encouragement to provide a fun-filled workout for a wide range of fitness abilities.

More About Cold Spring Park
Located just west of Newton Centre, the 67-acre Cold Spring Park offers athletic fields and courts for baseball, basketball, tennis and softball. Both regulation and youth-sized soccer fields are also available as well as a field for girls' lacrosse. Bleachers are stationed near the fields for fans, friends and family to watch games.
Cold Spring Park also includes a wooded area with walking trails. A 1 1/2-mile life course along the path features spots for fitness exercises.
Public transit: Cold Spring Park is a 20-minute walk from the Waban, Newton Highlands and Newton Center MBTA stations (green line, D branch).
