Just in time for holiday shopping, the Mayor's Office for Cultural Affairs will host a holiday craft show on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17-18 at theNewton Cultural Center.
Patrons can view and purchase beautiful paintings, pottery, textiles, jewelry, glass and photography by talented New England artists.
Saturday's show will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday's show will run from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

More About Newton Cultural Center
Newton Cultural Center is a community and resource center. It houses ten cultural, educational and humanistic organizations, namely the Mayor's Office for Cultural Affairs, Newton Community Pride, Green Decade/Newton, The Jackson Homestead and Museum and Newton Open Studios. This cultural center runs a number of children's programs throughout the year. Programs involve introducing the community's youngest citizens to the visual and performing arts. Teens may attend yoga classes taught by a certified instructor. Adult programs include performing arts and writing workshops. The center hosts an open house every year, showcasing its programs and services.
