 landscapes\, and promote awareness of Newton&rsquo\;s historic fabric.&n
 bsp\; Eligible projects may include: the rehabilitation of a historic ho
 use or building\; a sensitively designed addition to a historic building
 \; the restoration of a historic landscape\; education programs which ma
 ke students aware of Newton&rsquo\;s architectural treasures\; and indiv
 iduals or organizations which have done out-standing jobs of stewarding 
 historic properties and materials. &nbsp\;In addition\, the Thelma Fleis
 hman Personal Achievement Award celebrates individuals with a strong ded
