  which is  devised to provide participants a down-to-earth discussion ab
 out the  mechanics of and the realities behind screenwriting.\n&nbsp\;\n
 Mr. O'Neill\, a Boston College graduate and Massachusetts native\,  retu
 rns to the area after seventeen years in the entertainment business.  In
  addition to his industry credits\, he recently earned a Master's  Degre
 e in Screenwriting at California State University Northridge where  he w
 as honored with a teaching position for the 2010-2011 academic year.  Hi
 s comedy yarn\, "D.C. Goes to Town"\, was awarded the University's  Davi
 d Levy Memorial Screenwriting Scholarship. This May\, Mr. O'Neill was  a
 gain recognized\, receiving the Dean's Award for academic excellence  an
 d service\, graduating at the top of his M.A. Screenwriting class.
