Blood Drive, Learn About Fall Foliage, Free Trial Day

A few things you need to know for Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Newton.

1. A blood drive will be held in the Druker Auditorium a the Newton Free Library today from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

2. An expert will visit the Newton Senior Center today at 12:30 p.m. to talk about why do leaves turn bright colors and fall to the ground, and what greater impact do botanists have on the pharmaceutical industry and in the field of medicine. 

3. The Suzuki School of Newton will be hosting a Kindermusik demonstration class for newborns - age 3 today at 9:30 a.m. Find out how to register and more information here.
