Rabies Clinic, Tennis Program, Car Buyer Workshop

A few things you need to know for Wednesday, Sept. 4, in Newton.

1. Bring your dog or cat to the Newton rabies clinic today from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Newton Fire Station #3, 25 Willow St. in Newton Centre. Pets must be caged or leashed.

2. Head to the Warren Courts for the Over 55 tennis program this morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The event is free.

3. Literacy for Life offers an ESL class at the Newton Free Library today. For more information, contact Susan Bécam, Program Coordinator, at 617-796-1364 or send email to legacyforliteracy@minlib.net.
