Understanding Our Differences (UOD) is a community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1978, providing a disability awareness educational program in all 15 Newton elementary schools in collaboration with the Newton Public Schools. UOD is seeking a Program Director who will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the large network of volunteers that deliver the program to Newton Public Schools students in grades 3, 4, and 5 - along with other responsibilities.
