Strong Thunderstorm Heading Toward Newton Sunday Morning
High winds and hail are possible in the strong storm cell heading toward the city.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for Newton Sunday morning until 9:45 a.m.
The storm could include lightning, high winds and possibly hail. Winds could be as high as 60 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rain may flood roadways, according to the Warning issued by the NWS on Sunday morning.
