A recent study listed the most dangerous intersections in Massachusetts and New England.

The intersection of Mystic Avenue and the Fellsway in Somerville was ranked as the “most dangerous” intersection in the state and the third most dangerous one in New England in a recent study by GoLocal Worcester, an online publication.

The site’s methodology looked at total number of accidents, fatalities, injuries and property-damage-only crashes at each intersection.

Not one Newton intersection made the list.

That's a good thing, but it also got us to wonder what's the most dangerous intersection in Newton.

Looking at just Newton, what do you find to be the most dangerous intersection? Is there a road you avoid because it's too dangerous? Let us know in the comments section below.

Why not ask the Newton police and write an article?

College road and commonwealth Ave, is a bad intersection for both drivers pulling out onto com ave and pedestrians trying to cross. This is due to a bend in the road, so cars traveling fast don't see pedestrians or other cars, leading to a daily game of chicken.
