Danny then hit a triple sending both Matthew and Jackson home, Danny was about to run home but Marlins third baseman Simon Ball threw home getting Danny out. The inning was over with a 2-0 Tiger lead.
The second inning was a scoreless. In the third, Marlins player Finbar Crowley hit a home run and goes home making the score 2-1 tigers.
At the beginning of fourth, the Tigers’ Matthew hit a grand slam making the score 6-1, Tigers. Two more Tiger runs came in and the game ended with the Tigers winning 8-1. It was a tough loss for the Marlins.
