Eat a Treat and Help Kids Go to Camp

Treat Cupcake Bar will donate half the proceeds from its S'Mores cupcakes to a good cause.

This month, you can grab a tasty cupcake and help kids go to camp.

Treat Cupcake Bar at The Street in Chestnut Hill will donate half the proceeds of its S’Mores Cupcakes to the American Camp Association, New England’s Campership Fund.

“We are thrilled to work with Treat Cupcake Bar on this fun and important promotion,” said Bette Bussel, executive director of the American Camp Association, New England.  “We are committed to getting as many young people as possible to experience what a life-changing adventure camp can be.”

Treats General Manager Adie Sprague said camps can be very important to children, and help shape their future.

“Treat wants to help children go to camp in order to create more young leaders,” Sprague said. “We hope that young people gaining the confidence from their camp experiences will take that back to their communities and try to make a positive difference for others. Pay it forward!”
