Newton construction management firm Commodore Builders announced this week that it has acquired Winchester-based A.J. Martini, Inc., a 60-year-old construction manager and general contracting company.
A.J. Martini CEO Paul Martini will become senior vice president at Commodore Builders, according to a report this week in the Boston Herald. Peter Martini will come on board as vice president and lead the business unit.
