The Met to Appear on Food Network's 'Chef Wanted'
Viewing parties will be held at Met restaurant locations in Chestnut Hill, Back Bay, Dedham, Natick and Nantucket.
Food Network is no stranger to the Newton area; the culinary channel has featured a number of local chefs and eateries including , , local cooking show host as well as and in Brookline.
The latest Boston appearance on Food Network will come this Thursday when will be featured on the new show "Chef Wanted" with Anne Burrell.
According to an email sent by The Met, viewing parties will be held at all Met restaurant locations, .

"Chef Wanted" is the latest competition show out of Food Network. It features four chefs (selected by Burrell) who compete for the executive chef position at a restaurant.
Kathy Sidell, owner of the Met restaurant group, will appear in the episode alongside Burrell. The two will ask the chef candidates to create a signature burger for the 200-seat restaurant, among other challenges.
