This week we're at 81 Union Street in Newton Centre, the former Big Picture Framing location. 

This empty storefront, which is above the , is in the Newton Centre shopping district. With the Newton Centre MBTA station just across the street, there is plenty of food traffic.

There are a number of parking options in the Newton Centre area, including metered municipal lots, metered street parking and some free street parking on side streets.
