Where to Pick Up Thanksgiving Dinner in Newton

A list of bakeries, restaurants, catering companies and other eateries that can do all the Thanksgiving cooking for you.

Too stressed to cook for Thanksgiving? You're not alone.

There are many Newton spots that will do all the cooking for you. Find out where you can pick up festive fixings before the big day:

  • New England Soup Factory Everything from soups to stuffing, fruit conserve to gravy available. Call 617-558-9966 for more information (get your orders in soon!)
  • L'Aroma Cafe & Bakery - Taking orders for cakes and pies. Orders must be in by Mon., Nov. 19. Place orders in the shop or call 617-630-0006.
  • Blue Ribbon BBQ - Several meal packages available. Orders must be in by Mon., Nov 19.
  • Trader Joe's - TJ’s annual salute to Thanksgiving, The Food Pilgrimager, is out and available. Stock up before the shelves are bare!
  • Shaw's/Star Market - Shaw’s/Star Market orders full dinners for Thanksgiving. You can order in store, online or by calling 1-877-932-7948.
  • Whole Foods - A full feast or just some of the sides are available for purchase. You can order online or call either the Newton (617-969-1141) or Newtonville (617-965-2070) stores to place your order.
  • Bread & Chocolate - Orders from the Thanksgiving menu must be made by Sunday, Nov. 18.
  • Bakers' Best Catering - Although the Newton storefront is now closed, you can still order from the Needham-based catering center. Orders from the Thanksgiving menu will be delivered on Wed., Nov. 21. Call the catering office at 617-332-4588 for availability of items and delivery times. 
  • Inna's Kitchen - Turkey, soups, sides and desserts all available. Orders from Thanksgiving menu must be in by FRIDAY, NOV. 16.
