Rodman & Rodman CPAs to Hold "How Much is Your Business Worth" Seminar On Tuesday, January 14th

Rodman & Rodman, P.C., an independent accounting and tax firm, will hold a complimentary seminar entitled "How Much is Your Business Worth…and How to Make it Worth More" on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel located at 1125 Boston Providence Turnpike in Norwood.

Business owners, their attorneys, and trusted advisors will learn how to accurately assess the value of a business and learn simple strategies to increase its value.  Significant points that will be covered include how businesses are valued, why goodwill is important, and how to avoid selling your business for less than it's worth.

John P. McGovern, CPA, ABV, CVA, a Partner at Rodman & Rodman will lead the seminar.  Mr. McGovern is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) as well as a CPA.  He has over twenty-eight years of experience in valuing privately held businesses in a number of different industries.
