Simon Property Group Announces New Area Guest Services Manager at Copley Place & Mall at Chestnut Hill

Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Tony Drew has been named as Area Guest Services Manager at both Copley Place and Mall at Chestnut Hill.  Drew was a former Guest Services Manager at South Shore Plaza.

In his role as Area Guest Services Manager at Copley Place and Mall at Chestnut Hill he will be supervising all of the Simon customer service programs, including Simon Giftcard sales, Ticketmaster, tourism programs, mobile shopping applications and handle guests requests and concerns promptly, with exceptional customer service at both properties. Drew will also handle all of the training and oversight of Guest Services representatives.

Drew was with Simon Property Group from 2001 – 2005, where he previously held the position as Guest Services Manager at South Shore Plaza. He will now rejoin the Simon team again as Area Guest Services Manager at Copley Place and Mall at Chestnut Hill. Drew resides in Quincy, MA.
