Available part-time positions span across each department at Wegmans from the front end, to grocery, to the prepared foods department, and include everything from customer service to stocking shelves. Of the 350 part-time positions that will be filled, 100% will be hired locally. Wegmans Chestnut Hill is located on Route 9 and is part of Chestnut Hill Square.

This summer, Wegmans began recruiting for full-time positions for its Chestnut Hill store. Full-time hiring is ongoing as many open positions still remain for customer service and culinary professionals.

“Though we are months away from the opening of our new Chestnut Hill location, it is important we begin recruiting potential employees for part-time positions now because of our training process,” said Marybeth Stewart, Wegmans Human Resources Manager for New England. “Our new employees receive some of the most in-depth product, service, and culinary education in the industry and we need to use the time we have until we open our doors to make sure both our part-time and full-time employees are successfully trained to serve our customers.”
