Auditions for "The Friends of Broadway" (Female singers/dancers ages 7-20)

Seeking female singers and dancers ages 7 through 20 for
"The Friends of Broadway" 14th season company.



Auditions will be held Sunday, February 2 and
Wednesday, February 5 by appointment.  Girls should prepare 32 bars of a
musical theater or pop song and bring sheet music, recent photo or headshot,
and resume. 



The group rehearses in Sudbury on Sunday
evenings beginning in March and then daily from May 10-31.
 Performances begin June 1.



"The Friends of Broadway" travel to
malls, nursing homes, theaters, schools, hospitals, special events and more all
over Boston and beyond.  The show consists of upbeat singing and dancing
to Broadway, Pop, and oldies.   The group has appeared aboard Royal
Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas cruise ship in the Bahamas as well as multiple
appearances at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.  They are featured
entertainment at the Jimmy Fund's Annual Scooperbowl and Faneuil Hall
Marketplace, in addition to regular entertainers at a variety of venues near
and far!  Their commitment to helping
charitable organizations is unwavering and the group performs at no cost to
places like Children’s Hospital, Boston as well as raises funds and awareness
for a variety of notable causes.
