Beaver Country Day School is hosting a blood drive on Friday, November 30, from 2 to 7 p.m. in Bradley Hall.
No appointment is necessary, and the blood drive is open to the public.
You must be 16 years old or older to donate. If you are 16, a parent or guardian needs to sign this form, and you must bring it with you when you come to donate. Proof of birthday will be required for everyone.
