This day long workshop is for small business owners, entrepreneurs or freelancers who are already selling their product/service, but who are not getting the results expected.
Do you know where the problem is? Do you understand your customers-- or are you trying an umbrella, fit-all approach? Do you keep going back to advertisement or cold sales as a default-- or do you have set up a referral program? Do you know how to use social media to engage your clients-- or are you overwhelmed by all the social media tools? Do you how to measure your results-- weekly--or are you just drudging along, day by day-- hoping for the best?
We will show you how to reconsider your approach and you will learn ways in which you can take a quantum leap in your business. If you are struggling with getting sales, and/or with streamlining your business, join us!
What will you get out of this workshop? Consider this workshop an important retreat that you should schedule every few months. Taking a day to reflect on your business, detaching from daily obligations and from running around, as well as working with other incredibly motivated and smart business people in this group facilitates incredible epiphanies.

9:30am-11:00 am: Take a Step Back-- Vision Exercise
Do you know what kind of business are you in? Large company Zappos started selling shoes, but say they are in the business of providing happiness. Do you understand why clients buy from you? In small groups you will work with other business owners and CEOs to hone you vision, to clarify your business model and deepen your understanding of existing and potential customers. For this exercise, we use boards and large pieces of paper to re-assess the business vision and strategy. We looked at how your marketing and customer engagement are aligned with your vision and business model. We will create a large map to use as a baseline for the transformation to come
11:00- 11:30 Sharing comments and feedback
11:30- 1PM: It’s all about Sales—How to use online and offline Engagement Techniques to grow your company-- New times requires new means! With new collaborative tools and with the increased use of social media, we explore the most creative ways for YOU to engage YOUR customers and sell. These ways can include building communities of clients who care about your story and product, and or building powerful partnerships.
1:00PM: 1:30PM—Lunch (You can bring your own. If not, very closely there are a few lunch places)
1:30PM- 3:00— The Quantum Leap!—How can you be successful starting exactly where you are now? How do you price your product or service so that you can make a profit? How do you streamline your business so that you can grow your sales without losing your health and all the free time you have? How can you align sales with marketing strategies to reach your goals? How do you measure results and integrate them into your new strategy for success? We create a new “map” for success.

Dr. Buzan has worked with a large spectrum of clients from top ten pharmaceutical companies to technology and health-care startups to help them develop and launch new products, and to create optimum user experiences. Dr. Buzan also runs workshops for businesses and entrepreneurs where she facilitates cross disciplinary brainstorming to help the participants to look at their business challenges from many perspectives and to come up with innovative ideas.
