Dear Anna, I have chronic low back pain since 2001. I did physical therapy, injection, acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, pain medicine. They didn't work at all. I think the Yoga works much better. I feel much better than before. I have not take pain medicine since I take Yoga class until now. I hope the Yoga class will help me continually. Thank you very much! ~ JC
Dear Ann[a], I do love Yoga and you very much. I have low back and left leg pain (sciatica) for years. I had physical therapy for the past 2 years. (12 weeks per years) and received the trigger point injection for several times and Botox injection too. Additional I needed to take some pain killer medicine sometimes, even the medicine often cause my stomach pain....For over half year class, my low back and left leg pain are relieving a lot. I have not got any trigger point injection, hardly take the pain medicine now and My PCP did not think I need a new run physical therapy this year. I keep swimming 2-3 times per week as I did before. ...I did not hurt from the Yoga class, which I was worried at beginning. ... As Ann[a] told us before, more practice more help. Thanks ~ H
