Medical studies claim that stress is the #1 cause of disease in our culture. Falling often leads to injury, quality of life loss and tremendous impact on family and friends. Learn easy exercises and tools to relieve stress and anxiety and to prevent falling injuries from running your life.

Have fun in the flow, exploring ways to be more mindful, grounded, alert and focused. Practice Medical Qigong and Tai Chi exercises to ease pain and stress while improving balance, flexibility and overall health.

The public is welcome to this FREE event - all ages and those sporting walkers and wheelchairs.

Led by Alan Krentzel, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School's Practicum as an instructor of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program developed by Jon Cabot-Zinn.  Alan is a certified Tai Chi Instructor and authorized to teach Qigong. He has been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong and Mindfulness for over 20 years and teaching over 7 years. Alan has been trained by Dr. Fuzhong Li in the NIH evidence based Tai Chi Movement Program recommended by the CDC to improve balance and reduce falls.
