Newton Community Education offers two-session introductory workshop in the Alexander Technique. Studied worldwide for over 100 years by performers, athletes, back pain sufferers and others, this practical, educational method enables individuals of all ages to improve posture, balance and coordination by unlearning common habits of tension that interfere. Research supports its effectiveness in enabling long term relief of back pain.
Learn how the principles of this technique can be applied to everyday activities to help you feel, move and look better. Course fee includes one private lesson to be arranged with the instructor.
