JCC Wednesday Program Open House for Seniors

The
Wednesday Program for seniors at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center
in Newton will hold an open house on Wednesday, September 18 from
10am-3pm.  Seniors are invited to sample the JCC’s popular weekly program
that provides a full day of classes, discussion groups, lunch, fitness
activities, swimming and entertainment. Activities at the open houses include a
performance by jazz vocalist Alanna Manning, art lecture, senior aerobics, open
swim, book discussion (The Paris Wife by Paula McLain), Yiddish and
more. There is no fee to attend the open house.  A $3 donation is
suggested for lunch. Reservations required. Call 617-558-6596 by noon
on Monday prior to the open house.  For more information on the Wednesday
