Newton South PTSO Helping Family Burned Out of Home by Fire

Gift cards are being collected to help the family get resettled after the fire.

A Newton South High School family was burned out of their home last week when a three-alarm fire destroyed their house, and now the high school is helping them out.

The Newton South PTSO has started a fund for the Heesch family. The PTSO wrote:

"While everyone in the family, including the pets, escaped unharmed, they are now trying to get resettled. Gift cards to Stop & Shop, Trader Joe's, HomeGoods, and Target would be gratefully appreciated."

The items can be sent to: The Heesch Family c/o Camille Connolly Newton South High School 140 Brandeis Road Newton Centre, MA 02459
