Single Family housing data – Price Range, Listings, Days on the Market and Sale Price

I don’t think its news to anyone that both the number and price of Single-Family homes SOLD has improved dramatically over the past year.  As our economic recovery is underway, a strong Federal Reserve policy is keeping mortgage rates at historical lows and together with low housing inventory the principles of supply verse demand has created a Sellers market.  The net result is higher home prices.  Listed above is a snap shot of Single Family homes SOLD in Newton over the past year (10/18/12 to 10/18/13).  This Data is provided by MLSPIN.
