Support our Soldiers at the Mayor's Open House

A drive to fill care packages for our soldiers during the Mayor's New Year's Eve Open House.

As part of Mayor Warren's Open House at City Hall on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, the Newton Republican City Committee will be organizing the now annual drive to make care packages for our soldiers who are serving overseas.  The effort will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, December 31 at Newton City Hall.

You can either drop off items or help fill the boxes. (The list of items needed can be found here.) Kids also can play an important role in this event, as we need cards and letters to put into the boxes and soldiers love to hear from kids back home.

CarePacks will package and ship our donations. We will also be accepting tax deductible contributions. Make checks payable to CarePacks, Inc.
