Overnight Power Outage on Roosevelt Road

Does anyone know why the power was shut off on Roosevelt Road for two long hours late last night?

Based on all the noise down the road, it sounded like they were doing late night construction on/near Parker Street. I know they have been basically digging up most of South Newton to fix sewer lines and put in new traffic lights over Route 9, but the timing of this possibly "planned outage" to support this late night construction was extremely disruptive to those just trying to get a good night's sleep.
