Who is in charge of Patch??

Hi, does anyone know how to get in touch with the editor of this site?  Seems odd that there seem to be NO email address.  Who is actually the man behind the curtain??  I just want to get in touch with the editor or the webmaster.  Any suggestions are appreciated.
