Alleged Newton Heroin Dealer Indicted

A man who allegedly had a large stash of heroin for distribution when he was arrested in Newton has been indicted.
Steven Rigby, 33, of Milford, was charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute heroin. He has a prior heroin-related charge, authorities said.
The Middlesex District Attorney's office announced this week that Rigby had been indicted, which means a grand jury has determined a trial is warranted based on evidence in the case.
