One Newton resident was arrested after police responded to a car collision on Parker and Boylston streets on Monday.
Shortly after 10 p.m., police headed to a three-car collision on the overpass of Parker Street and the on-ramp of Boylston Street. When discussing the accident with one of the drivers, officers detected a strong smell of alcohol on her breath.
Rachel J. Black, 38, 53 Druid Hill Rd., Newton, was arrested and charged with OUI and marked lanes violation.
In a separate incident Monday, Joseph Tiberio, 45, 81 Fuller Terrace, Newton, was arrested on an active warrant on charges of OUI (drugs), OUI (liquor), and MV without authority.
