Police Searching for Suspect in Armed Robbery in Newton
The suspect reportedly held up the store with a knife.
Police seek a suspect in the armed robbery of the CVS in Newton Centre Thursday evening.
The man reportedly held up the store at 1199 Centre Street with a knife at about 5 p.m. and took an undetermined amount of money, said Newton Police Lt. Bruce Apotheker.
Police continue to investigate the incident and ask anyone with information about the incident to contact Newton Police at 617-796-2100.
