Newton officials hope that the second time is the charm when workers go back and reverse changes made at an intersection in Newton Centre.
Changes were made at Centre Street where Parker and Cypress streets come in to improve traffic in the area, but it has only gotten worse, according to a story in the Boston Globe.
Work on the intersection will begin soon – possibly this week. The area where the changes were made has not been paved, so workers will not be completely redoing the whole project.
