City Invites Restaurant Owners, Managers to Info Session

Newton's Health and Human Services Department is inviting restaurant owners and managers to an info session Wednesday to learn about new inspection processes and offer their feedback.
The meeting will take place July 10 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at Post 440 (295 California St.)

According to an announcement from the city, "Participants will be able to learn about the new food inspection report system, a restaurant grading system, and provide feedback to the Health & Human Services Department about these changes. Participants will also be able to weigh in on ideas for future food related training opportunities, and interact with the food inspectors."

An online survey is already available to collect input from owners and managers and provide an opportunity for individuals to RSVP for the July 10 session.

For more information about the meeting or the survey, contact Aimee Kern at (617) 796-1420 or email akern@newtonma.gov.
