What's Your Opinion of the State of the City?

Newton Mayor Setti Warren will tell us what he thinks on Monday in the annual State of the City address. But how do you think Newton is doing?

Every year about this time, Newton stops to ask: "How are we doing?"

Mayor Setti Warren is preparing to explain his view in 2013's annual State of the City address on Monday, Feb. 4.

The speech will be given during the Newton Board of Aldermen meeting, at 7:45 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber at Newton City Hall.

In a press release issued Thursday afternoon, the mayor's office said Monday's address will "highlight the progress that has been made in Newton over the past year, and the critical investments that will allow us to address Newton’s pressing needs, and help Newton reach its full potential."

But before Warren gives his assessment, we want to know where you think things stand in the city.
