President Barack Obama will deliver his fifth State of the Union address at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
According to the New York Times, Obama will outline his second term agenda and focus on improving America’s middle class. He also plans to announce ways to improve education, infrastructure, manufacturing and clean energy.
In addition, Obama is also expected to announce that 34,000 troops - or about half the force in Afghanistan - will return by early 2014, Reuters reported this morning.
