WellFed Nutrition & Wellness Program

In this FREE 4-class series, Molly Robson, our Holistic Nutrition Consultant, will guide you through the complicated world of healthy eating! All participants will receive four 1-hour health and wellness classes. You are encouraged to bring and enjoy their lunch during class. Molly will provide a healthy snack each week, along with the recipe to take home.


You'll also receive an illustrated workbook, containing valuable information that reinforces the recommendations presented in class, and the opportunity for 6 free one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions with Molly.

About Molly


Molly is a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a passion for mindful health! She received her certification through Bauman College in Northern California and is a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. Molly started her practice in London, working with clients one-on-one and running group talks and workshops.
Since moving to Newton in July 2012, Molly has eagerly joined in the local healthy living community and is excited to be a part of the team at Samadhi. She writes weekly at her blog, The Particular Kitchen, offering healthful recipes and wellness advice, and running the Renewal Detox, a seasonal gentle cleanse. She's passionate about encouraging her clients and workshop participants to explore their diet, attitude, and lifestyle and to connect the dots that will encourage them on the path to health. Her areas of focus are digestive health, emotional eating and detoxification.
