2 Newton Football Players Make ESPN's Players to Watch List
The Tigers and the Lions each have a top player in the region according to ESPN Boston.
The high school football season will kick off before you know it and both Newton North and Newton South have a player on the list of top players in the region.
Newton South's senior defensive back Tyrone Thornton and all around athlete Joe DeNucci who played at Xavarian last year both made the MIAA Pre-season Players to Watch list compiled by ESPN Boston.
