Happy day,
PowerfulME is a creative yoga and wellness program designed to empower elementary school-aged girls. Each class has a unique theme; which includes yoga, journaling and a nutritional segment with a board certified holistic nutritionist.
Our first 6 week introductory session starts September 18th and will be open for 3rd and 4th grade girls. In November, we will be conduct concurrent 8-week program with additional age groups.
